Menu Extractor
Onboarding, not a product in its own right: photograph a menu, get a ready-to-import Tijara POS catalog — sizes, add-ons, categories — in minutes. Runs outside the POS on purpose, so the till stays fully offline.

- Sold through local reseller/computer shops, not direct — resellers carry the customer relationship and the renewal conversation.
- Pricing
- Wholesale to resellers, resold at a markup they set — reseller margin is the renewal, which keeps them chasing it. Available on request.
- Control mechanism
- Every license is an Ed25519-signed, machine-bound token. The signing key lives only on the portal server — never issued to a reseller, never shipped in the app.
- Kill switch
- Cut a reseller's credits and their customers' licenses simply expire within a year — no need to reach the offline machine.
